US Bancorp Announces Redemption of Medium Term Notes | national company

MINNEAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–February 4, 2022–

US Bancorp today announced the redemption on February 15, 2022 of all of its 3.00% Medium Term Notes, Series T (Senior), due March 15, 2022 (CUSIP #91159HHC7). The redemption price of the medium term notes will be equal to $1,000 per $1,000 original principal amount, plus any accrued and unpaid interest up to the redemption date of February 15, 2022, excluding that this.

Payment of the redemption price for the Medium Term Notes will be made through the services of The Depository Trust Company.
