Panini is back at the largest Latin American fintech fair, Febraban Tech


TORINO, Italy & DAYTON, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Panini SpA, a global payment technology provider, attends the new Febraban Tech event in São Paulo, Brazil (booth #96), three years after the last edition attended by its predecessor, CIAB – a shutdown due to global COVID-19 . 19 pandemic. Febraban Tech abandons the Transamerica Expo Center and moves to the São Paulo Biennale pavilion, designed by Oscar Niemeyer, one of the greatest architects of the last century. The expo building is in Parque Ibirapuera, the most visited park in South America, and the new setting is meant to reflect rapidly changing technology and a new global reality of accelerated transformation. Panini will showcase its latest smart check scanner, the Vision E, suitable for in-branch use as well as Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). The Panini stand will preview its new secure identity platform: BioCred combines fingerprint verification, ID document reading, electronic signature and other functions in a consolidation approach, with the aim of reduce fraud and improve service to customers in the presence, banking and other sectors.

Additionally, Panini’s EverneXt scanner will be showcased at the Most Specialist Technologies booth, integrated with leading check processing solutions from Tessi, a leading provider of financial software and a Panini Gold Partner. The EverneXt, a balanced blend of ergonomics and performance based on a patented and intelligent architecture based on HTTPS, works autonomously Auto scan mode with the WeCheck IoT software for in-branch deposits and with Cheq’corner, a new generation self-service check deposit terminal. WeCheck is also available in a specific version for RDC, WeCheck Remittants, also integrated with Panini scanners.
