DOJ Approves Dish and T-Mobile’s Network Shutdown Deal

The amendment to a 2020 Mainline Network Services Agreement, or MNSA, between the two companies ends a dispute over the shutdown of legacy networks dating back to when Dish took over Sprint’s prepaid business as part of a a settlement with federal regulators authorizing the purchase of T-Mobile.
